LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES
If you have a great deal of experience and consider yourself to be of branch manager ability, then you may have the potential to become one of our local estate agent community representatives. Very simply this is your business and your role will be to find people looking to sell their home, research and carry out valuations, viewings and second viewings. We provide all the back-up services of photography, floor plan construction, marketing & advertising, contracts, negotiation, liaising with solicitors until completion and collecting of fees. You have none of the overheads and worries of managing and running an office or sorting out the marketing.
All we ask is that you look after your vendors and make sure they receive a great service. Upon completion of a sale you will receive a percentage of the final fee, which we will have agreed with you and depends on volumes. As a typical example, we would expect an agent completing four sales a month to earn in excess of £40,000 per year.
